Defective dvd disks must be returned within 14 days of receiving them for replacement or refund.

Your dvd player must be able to play DVD-R disks. Dvd players 2 years or older may not play your DVD-R disc properly. It is recommended you upgrade your older dvd player with a new model. (Read more technical information here).
