Why Video
Someone told us
that the only things we would remember from our wedding
day would be what we had captured on film. It has been over
eight years since he gave that advice, and we have come
to agree that he was right, no matter how good we thought
our memory might be.
Wedding photographs are important,
but photographs alone will not capture the sounds of your
special music, the emotion in your voice, or the words of
the vows. Videos literally bring the day back to life. And
every year, wedding videos are getting better thanks to
better technology and editing methods. Sadly, many brides
do not appreciate the value of a professional wedding video
until after the event is over.
Should you elect to have your wedding professionally recorded,
you will have a memento that you and your friends and family
will enjoy watching over and over. And years after the day
is over, your children will be so glad you had that special
day filmed. I (Cydil) know because my sisters and I nearly
wore out our parents' 1971 8mm wedding film (and it didn't
even have audio)! We had a former client recently tell us
that their wedding video is their two-year-old daughter's
favorite DVD. She calls it the "Mommy/Daddy Movie!"
What We Provide
We shoot on Sony 3-chip digital video
cameras in 16:9 anamorphic wide screen format. A combination
of tripod, Glide-cam, and handheld shots ensure a professional,
yet intimate perspective of the day recorded in a non-intrusive
manner, without the need for bright lights. A cordless audio
receiver on the groom ensures quality audio recording of
the vows that no home video camera could capture from the

Our package is designed to offer
you a complete Wedding Video. Rather than nickle
and dime our clients for extras that we consider essential,
we have developed a package for a thorough documentary of
your day, yet allowing you options to customize our services
for your needs. It starts with no time-limits to our services
on the day of your wedding -- starting with your preparation.
It also includes 3-camera documentation of your ceremony,
three highlights videos, and all the raw footage on DVD.
(The highlights videos
are a wonderful way to give those who could not personally
attend your wedding the feeling that they were present --
without relegating them to watching hours and hours of footage.
As an added bonus, we post your highlights videos on a personalized
page online as soon as we finish editing them so you can
share them with whomever you like -- immediately!)
 Our
Approach
We would describe our style as journalistic. Our intention
is to capture the events of the day as they happen with
an emphasis on the details. We generally do not pose and
set up shots (like a movie director) or re-enact events
after they have happened. Rather, this journalistic style
permits us to be as unobtrusive as possible so you and your
guests forget we're there and act naturally!
What To Do Next
If you are interested in booking us to film your wedding,

number of bookings per year (however it doesn't hurt to
